Like all products of Mr.Beer, the deluxe brewing system is one of the best for starters, if you are sure you would like to make beer more often I would recommend one of the bigger starter kits like the MR.BEER Ultimate Beer Kit Brewing System that comes complete with everything you need to brew and bottle for 7 great-tasting batches of beer.
But for first time brewers this deluxe kit is pretty much the best thing you can get. The brewers guide is helpful and you can always buy some extra brew packs. And last but not least the beer is delicious.
