Crash-diets, extreme regimes, magic pills and secret shortcuts most of the time do not work.
What should you do instead?
Clean up your diet, get rid of the garbage, don’t eat fast food or fried food or processed stuff, cut way back on sweets, eat more vegetables. Eat the right healthy and natural food at the right time will explode your fat burning and you will lose your beer belly a whole lot quicker. Next start moving, not only does walking or jogging a couple of kilometres burn the kilojoules very well, but keeping active has many other health benefits as well. Don’t over do it, bodybuilding may sound very masculine, but purely lifting weights to target your beer bely will tone up the muscle, but won’t really do anything about the fat over it. Join your community fitness club or group, it makes a difficult task far easier to tackle when you have someone or a group on your side rather than doing it alone and losing that Beer Belly is no exception.
